When you find a man who you are actually serious about, he'll find out you lied then there goes any chance of the relationship progressing. So, just be truthful. There is somebody out there who will like you - even come to love you - for exactly the person you are.
Do not be too eager. It makes you look desperate and it actually puts a person off. They are first and foremost conquerors and if getting the person of their wishes to like them too is simply too easy, they may quickly lose interest. I do not mean play "hard-to-get". I mean, don't push for a face-to-face meeting. Don't e-mail them or IM them too frequently. Play it safe and play it cool.
